Jas Jordan is the Founding Partner of The Law Office of Jas Jordan, where he leads a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional representation in personal injury law. A summa cum laude graduate of The University of Alabama, he earned his J.D. from Thurgood Marshall School of Law and later completed an LL.M. in Intellectual Property at The University of Houston. Before founding his firm, Jas gained critical insight working in insurance defense at both national and international law firms—experience that now gives him a strategic advantage when standing up to insurance companies on behalf of his injured clients. Known for his sharp legal mind, relentless advocacy, and proven track record, Jas Jordan is a respected and results-driven force in the Texas legal community.
Meghan Rivera, B.A. - LITIGATION PARALEGAL
Meghan Rivera is a litigation paralegal at The Law Office of Jas Jordan, PLLC. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Houston, where she focused her studies on Law, Values, and Policy. Her passion for the legal field led her to complete Paralegal Certification and training at the University of Texas Center for Professional Education. At the firm, she supports every stage of litigation, from discovery to trial, with a sharp eye for detail and a deep commitment to helping clients navigate the legal process. Whether drafting documents, preparing exhibits, or coordinating with clients and experts, she takes pride in being steady and a reliable part of the team. Outside of work, she enjoys playing games with friends, ballroom dancing, reading, and spending quality time with her family.
KARTIKAYAN JAIN - LITIGATION PARALEGAL
Kartikayan Jain has over 3.5 years of experience in personal injury and civil litigation. He has strong knowledge of civil procedures and client communication. Kartikayan is skilled in legal research, drafting, and summarizing complex medical records to support strong case outcomes. Known for his accuracy and efficiency, he plays a key role in helping the litigation team stay organized and focused. Outside of work, Kartikayan enjoys competitive gaming, watching soccer as a dedicated Real Madrid fan, listening to hip-hop, and unwinding with innovation-based documentaries and series. With a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to justice, Kartikayan is excited to continue growing in the field of personal injury law and contributing to successful client outcomes.
CARLETTA BRANTLEY - PRE-LITIGATION DEPARTMENT MANAGER
Carletta Brantley holds a Juris Doctor from Southern University Law Center and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Louisiana State University. She is the founder of CourtRoomBasic, a boutique brand inspired by her experiences as a first-generation law student, created to blend professionalism with authenticity and offer resources for those navigating the legal field. In addition to her entrepreneurial work, Carletta shares her journey on her YouTube channel, The Esquire in Training, where she inspires, educates, and uplifts aspiring attorneys by providing insight into law school, career preparation, and personal growth. A proud Houston native, she is deeply committed to empowering others to pursue their goals with confidence while staying true to their identity and values.
AKANSHA UPRETI - LEGAL ASSISTANT
Akansha Upreti brings over two years of experience in personal injury and civil litigation, supporting attorneys through every stage of the legal process from pre-litigation to post-resolution. She manages client intake, prepares demand letters and other legal documents, conducts in-depth legal research, coordinates with clients, and assists with discovery and motion practice. Akansha has developed a strong understanding of civil procedures and filing requirements. Her organized approach, attention to detail, and commitment to efficiency help ensure smooth case progression. Outside the office, she enjoys playing badminton, traveling, reading fiction, and sketching.

KYLE JORDAN - DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Kyle Jordan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources. As Director of Operations at The Law Office of Jas Jordan, Kyle manages the day-to-day business functions, oversees internal processes, and ensures the firm operates at peak efficiency. He works closely with staff and clients, fostering strong relationships and maintaining a high standard of service and professionalism. With a background in finance and a passion for people, Kyle combines structured, results-driven management with genuine empathy and understanding. His leadership style promotes teamwork, accountability, and a client-centered approach. Outside of the office, Kyle enjoys traveling, spending time with his two dogs, and exploring new cultures.
